Explosion-proof transducer

   CGD series electromagnetic flow-meter transducers are passed the inspection of National Explosion Proof safety Inspection Station (NEPSI) and meet the standards of GB3836.1-2000, GB3836.2-2000, GB3836.4-2000 & 3836.9-1990.Explosion-proof mark of flow-meter is Exdmib BT5-T6 and Explosion-proof certificate of quality of CGD flow-meter is GYBO3203.

  Note the following general affairs in operation of transducer:

● Environment temperature: -10～+55℃

●Strictly observe the warning of " open cover after turn off the power"

●Out diameter of input cable is Φ8-8.5mm(hermetical ring's is Φ8.5) or Φ9-10mm(hermetical ring's is Φ10). Must tighten up na screw and make hermetical ring hold cable cover.

●Outside cover of transducer must be earthinged reliably in operation.

●User could not replace the parts of transducer at will.

●The front pole of transducer's electrode must be fitted with LB910P Zener safety grid and becomes an intrinsic safety explosion proof system.

●The bus of intrinsic safety explosion-proof system must avoid inference of outside electromagnetic disturbance and its bus index must be controlled (less than) in 3.0μF/0.39mh.

●Relationship of product explosion proof ground and media temperature :
T5: media temperature < 95℃,
T6: media temperature <80℃

●Installation, operation and maintenance of the product must be abided by user manual, GB3836.15-2000 "parts 15 of electric apparatus in explosive gas environment: electric installation in dangerous fied) (Except coal mine)" and GB50058-1992 "electric power device design standard in explosive and fire dangerous environment.
